ABOUT
I became interested in Kinesiology in 2013 and went to study in our Foundation Course, wanting to find another way to help people, and myself, with every day health issues. What I found blew me away with the vast range of issues that Kinesiology can be of assistance with. I was hooked and went on to complete my Diploma and become a fully qualified practitioner and in time, a course tutor also.

Based in Douglas, Cork City, I treat clients presenting with a wide range of issues from pains and aches, chronic fatigue, sports injuries, stress, anxiety and depression, headaches and migraines and digestive issues to name just a few. The results can be incredible from just a few treatments, my own health and wellbeing has improved beyond belief and my mission is to improve yours too in a gentle and natural way.
